For those who prefer to get their livejournal updates via RSS FEED
or for those new to the wonderful world of RSS you can add /rss at the end of anyone's LiveJournal address
and stay up to date with the latest posts via your RSS reader. Most mail readers have RSS capabilities.
I use Mozilla's Thunderbird myself & I love it!!!!

RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication" -- it's a format for distributing and gathering content from sources across the Web, including newspapers, magazines, and blogs. (thanks yahoo for the definition)
